Each posture and breathing exercise is completed twice and is designed to work the entire body, from head to toe. The traditional 90-minute set sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises is composed of a standing series followed by a floor series where each posture is done twice. Each sequence builds upon the previous, evolving into deeper, more advanced postures as the practice unfolds. The entire practice culminates with a deep sense of mindfulness, self-connection, and ease.Our Vinyasa flow class includes a range of standing, seated, balancing, and targeted core strengthening poses. Some classes might offer guided meditation, chanting, or breath work, and all classes end in a state of utter relaxation in Savasana. Yogis can expect to experience increased flexibility, strength, stability, and overall calmness and clarity. During this 60 minute full body workout, two dynamic yoga flows designed to warm up and lengthen the musculature as well as challenge core strength and balance will flank the majority of this workout, which consists of functional strength training done with light weights, resistance bands and other props.
